1. Your Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)

As a consumer purchasing goods at a distance (via this website), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

• Emailing us at info@zoeuoeliminatean.world with your name, order reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw
• Using our Contact page to submit a written withdrawal notice

You may use the model withdrawal form below but are not required to do so.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be returned unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging
• Individual sachets must not have been opened or tampered with
• The product must be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period
• You must have purchased directly from zoeuoeliminatean.world (purchases via third-party retailers are subject to those retailers' return policies)

For hygiene reasons, opened food supplement products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described (see Section 4).

3. How to Return Your Order

1. Contact us at info@zoeuoeliminatean.world within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order reference, and the reason for return (the reason is not required for a right-of-withdrawal return but helps us improve).
2. We will acknowledge your return request within 2 working days and provide the return address.
3. Package the unopened product securely and send it to the provided return address. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Return postage costs are borne by the customer for change-of-mind returns.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.

4. Faulty or Not-As-Described Goods

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described on this Website, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In such cases:

• Contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a full refund (short-term right to reject)
• Or request a replacement, repair or partial refund within 6 months (after which the burden shifts to us to prove the fault did not exist at the time of delivery)
• Return postage for faulty / not-as-described goods will be reimbursed by us

Please retain photographic evidence of any damaged or faulty goods and include this in your email to us.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned product (or receiving evidence that you have returned it, if earlier). We will reimburse the full product price including any standard delivery charges paid. We will not refund any enhanced or express delivery upgrades chosen by the customer.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded (except where faulty or not as described):

• Opened food supplement products (individual sachets that have been opened or the box seal broken)
• Products purchased more than 14 calendar days before the return request is made
• Products not purchased directly from zoeuoeliminatean.world

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

8. Delivery Costs

• Free UK delivery on orders over £30
• £2.99 standard delivery on orders under £30
• Estimated delivery: 3-5 working days from dispatch
• Return postage for change-of-mind returns: borne by the customer
• Return postage for faulty / not-as-described goods: reimbursed by Stonebridge Nutrition Ltd

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you believe we have not honoured your statutory rights, you may contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline (0808 223 1133) or the Trading Standards service in your area.
